JQ Staffing has very stringent guidelines with respect to caliber, quality and qualifications of all of our staffing employees. All applicants are required to complete an application detailing their skills and work history. The applications must be filled out unassisted to ensure the applicant’s ability to read, write and understand English. Basic math and English comprehension testing are administered to all prospective employees.
Upon completion, a personal interview is conducted and the work history is thoroughly screened and reference checked to verify all aspects of the employee’s previous employment and reason for leaving each position. References are checked to determine attendance, tardiness, disciplinary record, productivity and safe work practices. The reason for leaving each position is asked to determine consistency during the interview process. All references are carefully checked before being placed at any client company.
When all areas of the interview process are satisfactorily met, the applicants will be placed in a pool of qualified, available associates. We will fully orient each employee to your specifications. This ensures the applicants willingness to comply with any and all of your procedures and policies.
Before being placed on assignment, each applicant will receive a full orientation and profile of your standards and company expectations. The more informed the employees are, the less anxious they are upon arrival at your facility.
