JQ Staffing makes a considerable investment in the selection of each one of our temporary employees in the areas of advertising, screening, testing, training and general administrative expense. As a result, our temporary employees are responsible, topnotch people with exceptional skills. Because of the quality of our employees, situations arise when one of our staffers is considered for full time employment with one of our client-companies. We view this situation as a compliment to the quality of service we are providing our clients.
In such situations, we ask that the client contact us so that we can discuss the opportunity with our employee. If our employee is interested in being employed by the client-company, we ask that the staffer remain on our payroll for a period of 600 hours. Such action will ensure the success of a more permanent relationship. After that period of time, if all parties involved are still in agreement, our employee is transferred over to the client company with no additional or hidden placement costs.
